We ship anywhere in the 48 Contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii, via FedEx /USPS Ground. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping charges within the 48 contiguous US states are based on the total order amount:

Returns You can shop with confidence knowing Silk PLANTS, Flowers and Trees has a no questions asked 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund.
Directions for General Returns
Email Silk PLANTS, Flowers & Trees to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number. Your account will be credited with a full refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
